Bellydance Technique with Khalida

Lesson Highlights

  • We will focus on applying the movement principles of crosstraining arts with bellydance, to improve your quality of movement and enrich your dancing.
  • These technique sections will be added into short combinations, practised thoroughly during the class.
  • You will be allowed to film the combinations at the end of each day, so you can ‘take them home’ after the weekend.
  • Bring a (silk rectangular) veil if you have one – loaners are available on request.

During the MoveSpiration Weekend this topic will be taught by Khalida on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
