Floorbarre with Constanze Janssen

Lesson Highlights

  • The course starts with a full-body dance warm-up on the floor, a so-called Floor-Barre, to activate all limbs, joints and core muscles.
  • Following this is a short combination routine, focusing on dynamics; hereby the cooperation and coordination between several body parts can be felt as unified in one movement.

During the MoveSpiration Weekend this will be applied in the form of 2 Floorbarre classes, taught by Constanze Janssen on Saturday and Sunday.
